NY casino bill would target 3 harness tracks

The BloodHorse reported on its website Tuesday afternoon that Senate Republicans in New York are preparing to file legislation for gaming expansion that would restrict the first three full-blown, Las Vegas-style casinos to areas of the state already home to racetracks that have VLT parlors.
