United States Attorney Richard S. Hartunian announced that 14 members and associates of the Bloods street gang known as the "MacBallers" were charged today by way of a felony criminal complaint in federal court in Binghamton, New York, with engaging in a drug trafficking conspiracy, pursuant to Title 21, United States Code, Sections 841 and 846.
