Matt Basile plugs in to street food scene in TV show 'Rebel Without a Kitchen'

Matt Basile kicks off the second season of "Rebel Without a Kitchen" Tuesday. Travelling to such diverse cities as New York, New Orleans, Philadelphia, Miami and Montreal, Basile plugs into the street food movement in each place and learns that the rules governing curbside service differ widely from city to city.
