Woman pleads not guilty to manslaughter in fatal Central New York crash

A Phelps woman pleaded not guilty in Cayuga County Court Thursday to charges that she was under the influence of prescription drugs and using a handheld GPS unit in a crash that killed one person last July in Montezuma.
