Massena officials circulate NYPA petitions at town board meeting

Town officials are circulating petitions requesting assistance from Governor Andrew M. Cuomo in getting a 'fair and equitable' deal from the New York Power Authority, as negotiations for the 10-year-review of the relicensing agreement continue.
