N.Y. A.G. Sues FedEx Over Untaxed Smokes

New York State Attorney General Eric T. Schneiderman said that his office has filed a $70 million lawsuit against Federal Express Corp. for unlawfully shipping nearly 80 million contraband cigarettes to consumers across the state in violation of federal and state laws.
