Hudson Bureau Confidential: Will yogurt rule as state snack?

Yogurt appears to be on its way to becoming the state's official snack. The idea is the brainchild of some fourth-graders in western New York, but Hudson Valley lawmakers were among those to cast their votes in favor of the plan.
