Video: Oddo wants to deliver fast ferry service to Staten Island

Councilman James Oddo , currently running for Borough President, took a New York Waterway fast ferry to Weehawkin, N.J., where he met with the company's founder and president, Arthur Imperatore, to talk about the possibility of service to Staten Island.
