The New York Power Authority and the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority on Wednesday unveiled the first of 100 planned installations they're partnering on to charge electric vehicles statewide, part of a larger effort, Charge NY, that seeks to encourage more electric vehicles and the infrastructure to support them.
